David James Dolson, M.D. is a dermatopathologist with Ketchum, Wood & Burgert Pathology Associates. Dr. Dolson attended the University of Florida Medical School and is board certified in Anatomical Pathology, Clinical Pathology, Cytopathology and Dermatopathology. He served his internship and residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine with fellowships at the University of Pennsylvania in Dermatopathology, and the University of Florida in Surgical Pathology/Cytopathology. While an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Florida Medical School, Dr. Dolson was awarded the medical school's Basic Science Teacher of the Year Award and the Department of Pathology's Faculty of the Year Award. Dr. Dolson’s special interests are Dermatopathology, Gasterintestional and Liver pathology. He has contributed over 10 articles, 2 abstracts and 1 book chapter in the medical literature. Dr. Dolson is a member of the American Society of Dermatopathology, CAP, ASCP, AMA, Florida Medical Association and Capital Medical Society.
